Rhubarb Food Design has earned an international reputation catering at the most glamorous private, corporate, sports and charity events from film premières to royal celebrations. Rhubarb also provides all the catering at the Royal Albert Hall, Sky Gardens, Saatchi Gallery to name a few.
We were engaged by Rhubarb in 2015 to guide them through the selection process for a new HR and Rota system. This was challenging due to the varied and complex business operated by Rhubarb. The new system would standardize HR records and rotas and improve efficiency throughout the operation, from team member through to Director level.
What we did
Moneypennys engaged with the client’s stakeholders and wrote a detailed User Requirement Specification document which was then issued to potential suppliers. We then collated all the responses and scored them accordingly. Having presented our findings to the client, we then arranged for supplier presentations to take place. Moneypennys took up supplier references on behalf of the client, at all times keeping the key stakeholders briefed on the status of the project. Moneypennys managed the process from start to finish on behalf of the client.
Selima was selected as the preferred supplier by Rhubarb from a shortlist of three. Work started in the autumn of 2015 across their restaurant retail division whilst development was undertaken to bring the Events business live after the retail rollout.
Following the success of this project, we were then asked to source a CRM solution for the client. This proved to be a much bigger project than the HR and Rota project but Salesforce were selected in the spring of 2016. Again this high profile project was successfully managed end to end by Moneypennys.
